Top foods for Belly fat


Does it seem like every time you eat, the fat goes straight to your stomach and thighs? Yea, us too. As women those are the areas that become the most stressful to get stubborn fat to go away. Fortunately, there are ways to avoid this from happening and it’s simpler than you think!

Spring has arrived and summer will be here before you know it. We’re all excited to pull out the sundresses and show off some skin. We know what you’re thinking, time to hit the gym but honestly, going to the gym is not going to get rid of the belly fat in time for the warm season. Going to the gym is always great but, if you’re not getting rid of foods that are quick to stick to your belly, you won’t get rid of that stubborn belly fat.  And if you’re a person who thinks diet coke will reduce that fat and get you that beach body look, you may want to think again. Here are 3 foods that go straight to your belly. 

  1. Pizza. Yes, we know this a hard one to hear but it’s the truth. Pizza is full of saturated fat which, unfortunately, loves to find its home in the stomach. Holding on to a little extra belly fat from the winter? You might want to avoid the pizza this spring.
  2. French Fries. We’re listing all the good things but trust us, this is a big one. French fries have two things working against them, high in fat and they’re a carbs. So basically, the perfect combination for belly fat.
  3. Fruit Juice. Say what?! Yup. Most “fruit juices” available contain a ton of sugar and even the most natural versions have fructose which is…a type of sugar. If you really want to get rid of the belly fat, try swapping out your favorite fruit juice with water instead.
